We contacted Judy through a link on the web after working with another real estate agent in another company for several months to purchase our dream house in Clearwater. The process had been painful and discouraging until Judy got involved. I had nearly given up. She was able to act immediately to negotiate the price we were willing to pay and within 2-3 weeks we closed. She is professional, honest and knowledgeable. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and she was willing to be at the house in short notice. Unlike the former agent, she was familiar with market values and how to negotiate with the selling agent. We love our home and we would not be here if we had not enlisted Judy's help.
